How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → CoreRise → Cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between CoreRise+ and CoreRise Max?
Both plans include the same features: Performance Hubs, training plans, coach memory, and food logging via chat. CoreRise Max gives you significantly higher AI usage capacity — ideal if you're a heavy user who chats with the coach throughout the day.
Does my coach remember our previous conversations?
Yes — on CoreRise+ and Max, your coach has persistent memory. It remembers your goals, preferences, injuries, and history across every session. On the Free plan, each conversation starts fresh.
Can I use CoreRise on iPad?
CoreRise is currently optimized for iPhone (iOS 26+). iPad support may come in a future update.
How do I log food without typing?
With CoreRise+ or Max, just tell your coach what you ate in the chat — it'll log it for you. You can also scan a barcode or QR code directly from the food logging screen.
What are Performance Hubs?
Hubs are goal-specific workspaces — for example 'Marathon April 2025'. You can upload files, set context, and have focused coaching conversations within each hub. Available on CoreRise+ and Max.
